Antique 14k Yellow Gold Art Deco Ring Top Small Fountain Pen

A 14k yellow gold era fountain pen. Has an Art Deco design. Marked 14k and tested as such. Has a screw on lid. There is a monogram HSM on the pen. Has a Wahl Oxford #2 nib. There are very small indents near the top, as shown in two places. I don't find a makers mark. The pen has a ring top, measures when top is on as length of 3.25. I showed the grams of the pen on my scale, but that is with the pen still in it.
